Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
We primarily offer return for replacements for defective or damaged products.
We won't provide any refund.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Replacement Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If approved, we will deliver the replacement product within 10 days, subject to stock availability.
Customers need to separately pay ₹100 for replacement delivery charges.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of products may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. Such items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Exceptions
Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible for return or replacement.
Sale or clearance items may not be eligible unless defective.
